One year later...

Zoe is almost 3 months old...I have been back to the gym since she was 4 weeks old.
I go 5 to 6 times a week for about 40 min to an hour. I would LOVE to go longer or complete a morning and evening workout but with 2 kids and one baby...there is simply not enough time (breastfeeding takes a whole lot of time!)

Today's workout:

Weights (Chest)
- Incline DB chest press 1x10 (20#), 1x8 (25#), 1x6 (25#)
- DB Bench press 10, 8, 6 (25#)
-Pec Deck Fly 10, 8, 6 (60#)
-Push ups: 12, 8, 10

Cardio:
20' interval program, arc trainer, level 7
