Welcome!

This is my new blog. Here, I will log my workouts. It's to keep me accountable and to keep track of my progress!

I've been following the same workout for about a month. I will change it in 2 weeks.

Today was 'just cardio'. I lift weights every other day and do cardio every day.

Workout: 40 minutes on the Elliptical machine, interval program, level 5. It was an easy workout. I really wanted to read and almost finished Twisted while at the gym!

Food diary:

Breakfast:
Whole wheat/Oatmeal,banana, blueberry mini muffin + 1 light muscle milk.

Post workout snack:
Protein powder shake made with 1 tsp peanut butter and coconut water

Lunch: turkey + salad

Snack: yogurt+ berries

Dinner: pork loin+ cauliflower and broccoli, French apple pie (made with the kids!!)
